On 23rd March team Connected Pakistan hosted a vibrant celebration on Pakistan Day.
23rd March 1940 was the day that the Pakistan Declaration was proclaimed to the Muslims of India at a large gathering. It was presided over by many of the founding fathers of the nations. This day marks the anniversary of that Declaration for a separate homeland. It is celebrated to honor the ideologies of our forefathers and their relentless and persevered efforts in fighting for a separate Muslim homeland
Children, students, youth, women and senior citizens from all walks of life attended the event with great patriotism and love for Pakistan. All participants dressed in our national dress holding Pakistani flags and singing national patriotic songs filled the air with the spirit of national unity and integrity.
The event started off by playing our national anthem followed by Tilawat e Quran e Pak. There was a very exciting quiz regarding Pakistan history in which all actively participated, winners were giving exciting prizes. Soon after, there was a very energetic performance by upcoming band “Nadaani”.
The function ended up by a very motivational and inspirational speeches of honourable guests. Every single participant depicted a strong commitment in making Pakistan an enlightened and progressive state equipped with prosperity and peace.
